Please note personalization extends the standard shipping and fulfilment time by 7-10 business days. All personalized items need to be prepaid for on the website (via bank payment, debit or credit card). Please do not select Cash on Delivery for personalized orders.
Personalized items cannot be canceled or returned except when due to defect. Please allow a measurement tolerance of +/- 1.5 cm in alignment due to manual engraving.
